Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers on pricing, turnaround, workmanship, insurance, and how we work.

Pricing and Billing

How much does fleet truck repair cost in Anaheim?

It depends on the work. Body and paint labor runs $210 per hour, small cosmetic repairs start near $500, and heavy collision or structural jobs can reach the tens of thousands. We confirm a ballpark range in writing after we assess the truck in our Yorba Linda shop. See our Anaheim price guide for typical ranges by service.

How do I get pricing before you start?

We look the truck over in the shop, then confirm a ballpark range in writing before any work begins, so there are no surprises at pickup. A deeper diagnostic carries a one hour bench charge that we credit back to an authorized repair.

Do you require a deposit?

Jobs over $2,000 take a 50 percent deposit at authorization, with the balance due at pickup. We accept card and other standard payment methods, and established fleet accounts can be billed by purchase order.

Turnaround and Process

How long will my commercial truck be in the shop?

A light cosmetic repair can turn in a few days. Collision and structural jobs that need parts and paint typically run one to three weeks, depending on scope and parts availability. We keep you posted at every stage so you can plan around the downtime.

Do you work on whole fleets?

Yes. We schedule multi-truck fleet work to keep your Anaheim operation running, staggering units through the shop so you are never fully grounded. Box trucks, vans, tractors, trailers, and vocational trucks can move through together.

Workmanship and Standards

Do you stand behind your work?

Yes. We back our body, paint, and structural workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle, and the parts we install carry the manufacturer coverage that comes with them. If something tied to our repair is not right, bring the truck back and we make it right.

Mobile and On-Site Service

Do you offer mobile or roadside fleet truck repair in Anaheim?

No. We are an in-shop facility in Yorba Linda and do not run mobile repair trucks. When a unit goes down, we help coordinate a tow or roadside partner, then complete the full repair once the truck reaches our shop so the fix is done right the first time.

EV, Engine, and Specialty

Do you rebuild diesel engines in-house?

We diagnose and price engine and drivetrain work in-shop, then coordinate heavy internal rebuilds through a vetted diesel partner network. You get one accountable point of contact instead of chasing multiple vendors across Orange County.

Do you work on EV cargo vans?

Yes. We handle body, structural, and 12 volt systems on EV cargo vans and follow manufacturer safety procedures for high-voltage components. As more Anaheim last-mile fleets go electric, this is steady work for us.

Insurance and Fleet Programs

Do you work with insurance companies?

Yes. We photograph and document damage to insurance standard, write line-item pricing, and coordinate directly with your carrier and adjuster so the repair your truck actually needs gets approved and covered.

Can you set up a preventive maintenance program for my fleet?

Yes. We build recurring service and condition checks around your mileage and duty cycle so problems get caught before they ground a truck. It keeps your Anaheim fleet predictable and your downtime planned instead of sprung on you.
